  • Coordinating with external parties regarding external relations
  • Supervise all IR & GA related tasks
  • Control all IR & GA related expenses
  • Developing strategy of industrial relations both internally and externally in order to create a harmonious and conducive working relationship for productivity achievement
  • Building relationship with worker union and third party (e.g. local government, man power institution, DPC, journalist)
  • Control all industrial relation aspects such as company policy (company regulation, policy, standard operational procedure, etc)
  • Planning the strategy of industrial relations both internally and externally in order to create a harmonious and conducive working relationship for productivity achievement.
  • Building relationship with worker union and third party (e.g. local government, man power institution, DPC, journalist).
  • Responsible to keep industrial diciplines, handle the legal issues, and take regular meeting with works comitee.
  • Prepare and monitor cleanliness, tidiness, transportation for employee and guest within the company.
  • Reviews contract and monitors vendors performance and respond to request for service or maintain company facility, supplies and technical information
  • Represents company for discussion and negotiations
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, age max 35 years old
  • Hold Bachelor Degree (Management / Human Resources/ Law/ Psychology/ Magister Psychology is preferable) from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
  • Having 5 years working experiences at the same field in manufacturing industry or 3 years working experiences as IR & GA Asst Dept Head would be an advantages.
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Mature, detail & meticulous, self motivated, independent, and able to work individually as well as in a team
  • Initiative, proactive, responsible, committed to the given task, and great work ethic.
  • Possesses knowledge in the areas of legal; create legal documents (e.g. Employment agreement, company regulation/collective labor agreement, MOU, man power regulation, etc).
  • Computer (MS-Office, HRIS) literacy and English
  • Familiar with 5S, ISO 9001:2008 and GMP implementation
  • Having a good leadership, negotiation skill, good relationship, communicative, high integrity, meticulous, analytic, energetic, persistent, open minded, well organized and has strong interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
