  • Minimum Education: Associate degree (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering preferable from reputable university (with min. GPA 2,75).
  • Male, age within 35 50 years old
  • Having min 7-10 years working experiences in similar position in power plant and manufacture industry.
  • Possess good comprehension in PLTU/turbine background (generator with coal as main fuel), cost control and budget preparation, power demand estimates, troubleshooting, and operation & maintenance procedure and scheduling.
  • Understand about GMP, ISO procedure and Safety Management.
  • Computer literate and proficient in English.
  • Computer literacy is a must (Ms. Office, internet, and emails)
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal, high integrity, strong leadership, management skill, hard working, analytical, strategic minded and ability to interact and communicate with all level employees.
  • Can work well independently or in a team
  • Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive

Job Description:

  • Create a work plan and annual budget (Opex and Capex) and directing subordinates in making short-term work plan (monthly or weekly)
    • Studied, prepared and proposed the organizational structure & Utilities Power Plant Department to get achieved best performance.
    • Coordinate all activities of the Power Plant and Utilities from planning, implementation, monitoring to evaluation.
    • Creating SOP and monitor its implementation to ensure operational processes and Engineering Power Plant run effectively and efficiently.
    • Conducting research toidentify the needs of plant development or increase capacity.
    • Conduct a feasibility study for submission of capital expenditures (Capex).
    • Coordinate with the Department / Section other related mainly to the Maintenance Department, in order to maintain the reliability and accuracy of all operational equipment.
    • Controlling about implementation support activities such as: 5S, K3, SS, CI, etc.
    • Create all reports (periodically) activities Power Plant & Utilities, and examine performance data and consumption of the plant to ensure the operational processes run normally, effectively and efficiently.
    • Managing human resources, including manpower planning and placement, performance management, discipline, training and human resources development.
    • Monitoring, reviewing, and responsible for the performance of the Power Plant and Utilities Department.
    • Carry out other tasks and duties given by the superior
